NHL 16 is a huge improvement on it’s previous version, the graphics and presentation are certainly outstanding and the on-ice animations are smooth and the players do what you want when you want it. EA Sports, The makers of NHL 16 – PlayStation 4, have listened to the fans and made a really good ice hockey game for any hockey fan.
Each of your players seem to have a unique personality and act as individuals, requesting trades, forming positive and negative relationships with other teammates and management which makes it so much more fun to play. Your team must also be composed of all kinds of players, you can’t only have snipers in your team or you will have more difficulty to win games as a team. You need a mixture of snipers, power forwards, two way forwards and defensive forwards.
In NHL 16 – PlayStation 4 Be a Pro, your on-ice actions now dictate the type of player you become with an all-new progression system. Finally, the most played mode in the NHL series gets even better with Hockey Ultimate Team: Single Player Seasons.
The new NBCSN broadcast format is awesome. They actually show Doc and Eddie with video before each game and the commentary has a lot of specific info on players that makes the game feel like you’re actually watching a broadcast on NBCSN.
The stadiums are really detailed and I like how the crowd is a ton of unique people now whereas before it seemed like there were a dozen people repeated over and over. The game in general is looking a lot more detailed and the players look much more realistic.
